Frequently asked questions about custom boxes
▼ What about printing?
Our custom boxes can, of course, be printed. We first print the cardboard sheets, after which the boxes are die-cut, folded, and glued. Because the printing takes place before production, the design can extend right to the edge. Digitally printed standard boxes often require a 5mm margin, which isn't the case with custom boxes.
▼Which sides can be printed?
Because we print before production, all sides can be printed: the front, sides, bottom, and even the inside. Want a surprising unboxing experience? Then choose printing on the inside.
▼ I need a box that is 2 meters long (L x W x H). Is that possible?
That's not a standard size, but it's certainly possible. Thanks to our extensive network of production sites, we also have solutions for extra-large formats – even for small print runs.
▼ Can a custom box also have a window?
Yes. We'll send you a working drawing with the window drawn in. This will be glued into the box at the factory. Any questions? Please let us know.
▼ Do you also supply interiors or inlays?
Yes. We make interiors from cardboard, but also from foam, for example. Depending on the application and appearance, we'll work with you to choose the best option. Cardboard is often the most cost-effective; foam (available in various colors) gives a more luxurious look.
▼ What is the minimum order quantity for custom boxes?
This is possible starting from just one piece. Keep in mind that a single piece is relatively expensive due to design, setup, and shipping costs. For larger quantities, these costs are shared, and the price per piece decreases.
